Lubusz Development Vouchers in the Zielona Góra subregion
The project is addressed to entrepreneurs from the SME sector in the Lubusz Voivodeship – the Zielona Góra subregion, as well as their employees, interested in developing or acquiring new competences and qualifications. The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the Lubusz micro, small and medium enterprises through services provided within the Development Services Database. The recipients of support may only be enterprises (SMEs) conducting business activity in the territory of the Lubusz Voivodeship – the Zielona Góra subregion, interested in obtaining funds for co-financing the education of their employees. In the Lubusz Voivodeship, distribution of European Social Fund’s financial means is based on a system of development vouchers. As part of the project, Lubusz entrepreneurs will be able to obtain co-financing for development services, such as: training services (training courses, post-graduate studies, e-learning), advisory services (advisory, mentoring, facilitation, coaching) and one-off services (exams). 350 – number of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises covered by development services under the program 900 – number of low-skilled workers covered by the program’s support 1500 – number of persons who acquired qualifications or competences after leaving the program 175 – number of SMEs that achieved their development objective thanks to participation in the program 80 – number of persons covered by training courses / consultancy in the scope of digital competence 375 – number of employed persons, including self-employed persons, aged 50 or more, covered by the program’s support .
The Project entitled: “Lubusz Development Vouchers in the Zielona Góra subregion” is being implemented within the framework of the Financing System for Entrepreneurs which, among other things, ensures that an entrepreneur is able to independently choose development services from the offer available in the Development Services Database, which is most appropriate to the entrepreneur’s current needs.
