Young Active on the Labor Market
The project is directed to 30 people (16 female, 14 male) living in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, aged 18-29, also with disabilities, including:
- not having a job, not registered in an employment office, not participating in education/training;
- working poor, people employed on short-term contracts and working under civil law contracts.
Note: participants in the project cannot be persons who left the institution of foster care earlier than a year. The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities.
Project duration: 01/01/2020 – 30/06/2021.
Support.
Within 4 months of being admitted to the project, a high-quality offer of employment, further education or internship will be offered, in accordance with the created action plan:
- identification of needs and diagnosis of professional opportunities through meetings;
- individual with a professional advisor;
- individual meetings with a psychologist;
- workshops on job search, self-presentation, motivation;
- professional welding training and other tailored to the needs of the participant and the needs of specific employers;
- 3 month internships;
- help in getting an attractive job;
- subsidy for setting up a business for 10 people of the project.
Additional support:
- training and internship scholarship;
- reimbursement of child and dependent care costs during training and internships;
- accident insurance during the internship;
- reimbursement of travel expenses for classes;
- bridge support, ABC entrepreneurship training and mentoring for participants setting up their own business.
