CEL:uzyskanie do 31.07.2022 kwalifikacji w zakresie j. ang lub w zakresie ICT przez min. 845os. (w tym 507 K, 338M; min 338 os. 50+ i min. 254 os o niskich kwalifik) spośród objętych wsparciem 1300 (780 K, 520M) pracujących os objętych wsparciem GD: 1300 os pracujących (780 K, 520M), spełniające łącznie kryt: -18 lat i więcej -pracują/ zamieszkują zg. z KC w WŚ -uczestniczą z własnej inicjatywy w szkol. i kursach -należą do gr defaworyzowanych- wykazują największą lukę kompetencyjną i posiadają największe potrzeby w dostępie do edukacji ZAD: 1. AKADEMIA UMIEJĘTNOŚCI JĘZYK 2.
