Głównym celem projektu jest wprowadzenie i zaoferowanie pacjentom NZOZ – Ośrodek Diagnostyki Chorób Nowotworowych Fundacji SOS “Życie” w Mielcu nowoczesnych e-usług zdrowotnych w zakresie: E-Informacja, E-Rejestracja, Elektronicznej Dokumentacji Medycznej. Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup sprzętu komputerowego, serwerowego i medycznego niezbędnego do uruchomienia e-usług. Projekt swoim zakresem obejmuje również integrację z PSIM/RCIM, zgodnie z wymogami konkursu.
