Effective activation
The strategic objective of the Project is to enhance social and professional integration and employment opportunities for persons with disabilities, who have been socially excluded or threatened with social exclusion, being not in employment.
The Project implementation comes forward with:
- the diagnosis of needs of the Project participants. Within the framework of the Project, professional activation instruments will be utilised, so a career advisor will be involved in the diagnosis, and reintegration plans will be developed for the Project participants, taking into account the diagnosis of problems, resources and potential;
- the target group will be supported by means of active integration schemes including social or career development or educational or health care services. The career development activities will not be the first one to carry out within the framework of the reintegration plan whereas educational activation measures will be correlated with the career development measures;
Within the framework of the Project the principle of accessibility for persons with disabilities will be observed at every stage of the Project planning, namely in the course of the analysis, setting goals, planning activities, budgeting or defining outputs.
