Nowy regranulat z odpadów automotive
SA.60012(2020/X) Projekt dotyczy poszerzenia oferty o regranulat PVB, który pozyskany będzie dzięki wdrożeniu nowej technologii bezodpadowego recyklingu szyb klejonych. Szyby klejone (popularnie zwane także bezpiecznymi szybami) są stosowane m.in. w samochodach. Ich specyfika polega na tym, że podczas uszkodzenia nie rozpadają się na kawałki mogąc zranić podróżujących, lecz dzięki warstwie specjalnej folii (z PVB) powodują, że wszystko trzyma się razem. Na rynku europejskim aktualnie działa tylko jeden podmiot mający w ofercie PVB z recyklingu (regranulat). Aktualnie trwa wyścig o pozyskanie nowej, taniej technologii recyklingu. Nasza spółka planuje wdrożyć unikatową bezodpadową technologię wytwarzania regranulatu PVB. Technologia jest stosunkowo prosta i nadaje się do skali przemysłowej, co w efekcie pozwoli na zaoferowania regranulatu PVB o lepszych właściwościach i znacznie niższej cenie. Źródłem odpadów na wejściu będę przede wszystkim szyby samochodowe, czyli odpad występujący powszechnie. Ponadto, będzie to pierwsza na rynku technologia bezodpadowego recyklingu szyb klejonych. Dotychczas recykling szyb skupił się tylko na odzyskiwaniu szkła, a warstwa zanieczyszczonej folii była odpadem, który nie był wykorzystywany ponownie, a podawany składowaniu. Technologia zostanie wdrożona poprzez stworzenie linii produkcyjnej, złożonej z maszyn i urządzeń dobranych pod wymagania procesu. Spółka nabyła prawa do patentu na odzysk folii PVB oraz zaleciła wykonanie własnych badań nad materiałem, przygotowanie technologii i analizy porównawcze (dotacja w ramach programu Bon na innowacje – etap usługowy). Regranulat PVB jest surowcem o uniwersalnym i szerokim zastosowaniu, w pierwszym etapie wdrażania – objętym niniejszym wnioskiem – planowane jest jego promowanie i aplikowanie jako materiał do produkcji elastycznych materiałów wodochronnych – folii budowlanej. Okres realizacji: 07/2021 do 12/2022.
