Nowatorski Robot wbudowany w obrabiarkę CNC
Nr_ref_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014).Potrzeba rynku: Trend robotyzacji jest obecny we wszystkich krajach rozwiniętych, a ostatnie doświadczenia z pandemii COVID-19 jeszcze go wzmocniły. Polskie firmy także muszą automatyzować procesy produkcyjne, żeby zachować konkurencyjność mimo rosnących płac. Nasz Robot automatyzuje wymianę detali obrabianych w centrum obróbczym CNC, a więc realizuje dokładnie potrzeby rynku branży metalowej. Innowacyjność Robota polega na: 1. wykorzystaniu w nim podzespołów automatyzowanej obrabiarki – sterownika CNC, osi kinematycznych, magazynu narzędzi, stołu roboczego – do realizacji nowej funkcji wymiany detali 2. wbudowaniu Robota we wnętrze kabiny obrabiarki. Zasada działania: Robot zawiera dwa specjalnie zaprojektowane i zintegrowane z obrabiarką podzespoły: 1. Magazyn detali – sprzężony mechanicznie ze stołem roboczym i osią Y; przechowuje detale nieobrobione i obrobione 2. mechatroniczny Manipulator – służący do transportu detali między Magazynem a uchwytem roboczym; jego ruchy są realizowane przez osie kinematyczne X/Z/C obrabiarki a specjalny, bezprzewodowy interfejs zapewnia zasilanie prądowe i komunikację Manipulatora z obrabiarką. Manipulator pobiera detal nieobrobiony z Magazynu i mocuje go w automatycznym uchwycie na stole roboczym. Na czas obróbki Manipulator jest odkładany do magazynu narzędzi. Po wykonaniu obróbki, Manipulator pobiera obrobiony detal z uchwytu i ładuje go z powrotem do Magazynu. Cykl ten powtarza się automatycznie, aż wszystkie zaprogramowane detale zostaną obrobione. Przewaga konkurencyjna: Robot ”wbudowany" (ang. built-in) w obrabiarkę przewyższa istniejące roboty "zewnętrzne" dostawiane do obrabiarki
