Projekt polega na głębokiej i kompleksowej termomodernizacji 3 obiektów należących do Gminy Miasta Braniewo: 1. Budynek Szkoły Podstawowej nr 5 przy ul. Moniuszki 22F w Braniewie (pow. 1978,2 m2). 2. Budynek Sali Gimnastycznej przy ul. Moniuszki 22H w Braniewie (pow. 1753,80 m2) 3. Budynek Szkoły Podstawowej nr 5 (dawne Gimnazjum) przy ul. Moniuszki 22D w Braniewie (pow. 1952,0 m2) Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje niezbędne prace przygotowawcze (dok. przetargowa) , roboty budowlane (prace termomodernizacyjne, modernizacja oświetlenia), nadzór inwestorski, dokumentację powykonawczą (audyty ex-post) oraz informację i promocję projektu. Szczegółowy zakres projektu określa Harmonogram rzeczowo-finansowy projektu. Projekt zaplanowany jest do realizacji w okresie 30.12.2022 – 31.12.2023, w etapach jak niżej: 1. Prace przygotowawcze IV.2022-XII.2022. 2. Roboty budowlane i nadzór I.2023- XI.2023 3. Audyty ex-post XII.2023 Opisany wyżej zakres wpisuje się założenia SZOOP dla działania 4.3.1. RPO WiM 2014-2020 zdefiniowane jako typ projektu “Głęboka kompleksowa termomodernizacja budynków”.
