Wnioskodawca posiada instalację c.o. składający się kotła węglowego + instalacji grzejnikowej bez zaworów. W ramach projektu instalacja zostanie zmodernizowane poprzez montaż powietrznej pompy ciepła + elektroniczne zawory termostatyczne. Zostaną zainstalowane kolektory solarne. Zmodernizowana zostanie instalacja ciepłej wody użytkowej. Wnioskodawca wymieni okna oraz zmodernizuje oświetlenie na energooszczędne. Modernizacja nie wymaga pozwoleń administracyjnych. Wymieniane okien nie będą naruszać konstrukcji budynku.
