Increased competitiveness of DREWMAX company owing to the implementation of the Design Strategy recommendations.
The activity of Drewmax is focused on the production of kitchen furniture and the supply of furniture boards and accessories to carpenters and kitchen furniture stores. The project consisted in implementing the recommendations contained in the design strategy formulated as a result of a design audit carried out in the company during Stage 1 of Measure 1.4. As a consequence of the implementation of the design strategy in the company, a new collection of kitchen furniture and free-standing furniture has been created in three stylistic lines and two price variants. Furthermore, a new marketing strategy for the company has been developed and a model design process has been implemented. Fixed assets have been purchased: an edge bander for narrow panels, a panel saw connected to a storing system, an automatic warehouse for panels, and software for design and production of furniture. As part of the consulting services, full rebranding of Drewmax label has been carried out and a new “Fordomo” line of furniture has been created.
