Opolskie konkurencyjne
„Opolskie konkurencyjne” to projekt którego głównym celem jest wzmacnianie trwałego wzrostu i konkurencyjności województwa opolskiego poprzez stworzenie do roku 2030 efektywnego systemu umożliwiającego wsparcie MŚP oraz IOB w zakresie wprowadzania na rynek nowych lub ulepszonych produktów i usług zwiększających skalę ich działalności oraz wzrost zasięgu oferty. Przedmiotowy projekt będzie więc obok projektu „Opolskie innowacyjne” głównym narzędziem Samorząd Województwa Opolskiego do realizacji celów polityki publicznej określonych w Strategii Rozwoju Województwa Opolskiego OPOLSKIE 2030. – CEL STRATEGICZNY 3: SILNA GOSPODARKA – GOSPODARKA INTELIGENTNA WZMACNIAJĄCA KONKURENCYJNOŚĆ REGIONU Cel operacyjny GOSPODARKA OTWARTA NA WSPÓŁPRACĘ (współpraca gospodarcza, badania na rzecz gospodarki) oraz Cel operacyjny SILNE BRANŻE (wzmocnienie konkurencyjności i innowacyjności firm, rozwój wiodących branż gospodarki regionalnej). Strategia przyjęta została przez Sejmik Województwa Opolskiego na podstawie art. 11 ust 1, 1aa, 1c ustawy z dnia 5 czerwca 1998 roku o samorządzie województwa (tj. Dz.U. 2022 poz. 2094). „Opolskie konkurencyjne” to projekt, który powyższe cele realizował będzie między innymi poprzez: – wsparcie nowopowstałych MŚP, – dofinansowaniu profesjonalnych usług świadczonych przez IOB na rzecz MŚP, – Inwestycje w nowoczesne maszyny i urządzenia oraz sprzęt produkcyjny, wartości niematerialne i prawne realizowane przez MŚP w Subregionie Południowym, – profesjonalizację usług świadczonych przez IOB na rzecz MŚP. Projekt niekonkurencyjny będzie więc instrumentem umożliwiającym realizację przez Samorząd Województwa Opolskiego polityki rozwoju regionalnego w zakresie konkurencyjności oraz rozwoju silnych branż regionalnej gospodarki. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na poprawę poziomu przedsiębiorczości, konkurencyjności i zmniejszenia dystansu w tym zakresie względem pozostałych regionów w Polsce.
