CEL PROJEKTU

Złagodzenie skutków transformacji ekologicznej poprzez dostosowanie kwalifikacji, kompetencji i umiejętności zawodowych do potrzeb zielonej gospodarki przez 1000 osób dorosłych (w tym 600 kobiet i 400 mężczyzn), zamieszkujących lub pracujących w podregionie górniczym subregionu centralnego województwa śląskiego – bytomskim, gliwickim, katowickim, sosnowieckim lub tyskim, w okresie od 1.04.2024 r. do 31.12.2026 r.

Nastąpi to m.in. poprzez:

  1. podniesienie umiejętności/kompetencji lub
  2. zmianę/nabycie nowych kwalifikacji

umożliwiających rozwój w kierunku umiejętności zawodowych i cyfrowych, niezbędnych do podjęcia pracy w sektorze zielonej gospodarki, jak również niezbędnych z punktu widzenia regionalnych/ lokalnych specjalizacji.

UCZESTNIK PROJEKTU MOŻE SKORZYSTAĆ ZE WSPARCIA W POSTACI:

  1. doradztwa zawodowego, którego celem jest właściwe dopasowanie potrzeb uczestnika/ uczestniczki do zmieniającego się rynku pracy oraz analiza potrzeb rozwojowych
  2. uzyskania dofinansowania na wybraną usługę szkoleniową lub studia podyplomowe (za pośrednictwem Bazy Usług Rozwojowych)
