P. przewid. również zaprojekt. i wykon. portalu internet., kt będzie pełnił funkcje eduk., promoc. oraz oferował usługi on-line. Łączna liczba mieszk. GT korzyst. (GRUPA DOCELOWA) z efektów realiz. P. wyniesie ok. 1 968 w 492 obiekt. Instalacje, będące przez cały okres trwałości (5lat) własn. GT zost. usytuow. na budyn. stanow. własn. osób prywat., z kt GT. podpisała um. użycz. GŁÓWNYM CELEM P. jest zwiększ. stosow. OZE na terenie GT. Cele szczegół.: CEL 1: Upowszechn. techno. wytwarz. czystej energii wśród mieszk. poprzez powsz. montaż OZE na terenie gminy [2,04MW w 2018r.].; CEL 2: Zmniejsz. obciążeń finans. społeczn. lokalnej wynikaj. z opłat za energ. dzięki utworz. Indy wid. Instal. wykorzysta. OZE [1904,77 Mwht/rok od 2019r.]; CEL 3: Reduk. zanieczyszcz. powietrza atmosf. poprzez zmniejsz. emisji związków szkodl. dzięki zwiększ. udziału energii ze źródeł odnaw. [581,03 t. ekwiwal. Na podstawie PROGRAMU OCHRONY POWIETRZA DLA STREFY LUBELSKIEJ w GT nie stwierdzono przekroczenie choćby jednego poziomu dopuszczalnego lub docelowego w odniesieniu do substancji podlegających ocenie jakości powietrza. Jednakże działania przewidziane w P. przyczyniają się do realizacji działań naprawczych mających na celu poprawę stanu jakości powietrza poprzez ograniczenie emisji pyłu PM10 z indyw. systemów grzewczych dzięki instalacji kolektorów słonecznych i pieców na biomasę u odb. indyw. oraz działania promocyjne i edukacyjne
