Modernizacja energetyczna budynków użyteczności publicznej Gminy Miasto Szczecin – etap III A
Projekt polega na termomodernizacji budynku użyteczności publicznej. Inwestycją zostanie objęty jeden budynek zlokalizowanych w Szczecinie: Szkoły Podstawowej nr 56 przy ulicy Malczewskiego 2. Budynek położony jest na terenie gminy Miasto Szczecin należącej do Szczecińskiego Obszaru Metropolitarnego. Realizacja inwestycji pozwoli na zmniejszenie wykorzystania energii finalnej koniecznej do zapewnienie prawidłowego funkcjonowania budynku użyteczności publicznej oraz racjonalizację zużycia energii, zwiększenie jej efektywności oraz polepszenie standardów świadczonych usług. W dalszej perspektywie czasowej inwestycja znacznie zmniejszy wydatki finansowe Wnioskodawcy. Ponadto inwestycja wpłynie na poprawę środowiska naturalnego poprzez zmniejszenie emisji dwutlenku węgla, a także przyczyni się do kształtowania pozytywnych postaw proekologicznych na terenie miasta Szczecin. W ramach projektu przewiduje się również wykonanie elementu informacyjnego dotyczącego odnawialnych źródeł energii oraz efektywności energetycznej. Na stronie internetowej szkoły zamieszczona zostanie zakładka, w której w sposób łatwy i ciekawy będą publikowane informacje na temat korzyści dla ludzi i środowiska z działań podejmowanych na rzecz zwiększania efektywności energetycznej, korzystania z odnawialnych źródeł energii. Strona będzie zachęcała odbiorców do podejmowania działań na rzecz ochrony środowiska.
