Zintegrowany, iskrobezpieczny system sterowania i monitoringu dla szybów klatkowych i skipowych

Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Celem projektu jest przeprowadzenie prac B+R obejmujących b. przemysłowe i p. rozwojowe. Okres realizacji 37m. Rezultatem będzie innowacyjny w skali świata system, który zintegruje systemy: sygnalizacja szybowa, załadunek i wyładunek skipów, urządzenia przyszybowe, układ optymalizacji strugi węgla i sterowania zbiornikami odmiarowymi, odwadnianie rząpia, monitoring naprężeń w linach nośnych oraz kontroli drgań i przeciążeń naczyń wyciągowych, ważenie skipów i klatek, video-monitoring szybowy i z naczyń wyciągowych. System będzie mógł być także stosowany jako system nieiskrobezpieczny. Światowy poziom innowacyjności rozwiązania uwidacznia się w opracowaniu nowego sposobu komunikacji w warunkach kopalni, ze szczególnym naciskiem na transmisję bezprzewodową oraz w opracowaniu nowej metody zasilania elementów systemów i zarządzania energią. Osiągnięcie zaplanowanych rezultatów projektu znajduje swój wyraz w: redukcji ilości okablowania w szybie obniżeniu kosztów budowy nowych systemów i kosztów ich eksploatacji rozszerzeniu zakresu informacji dostępnych z naczyń skipowych lub klatkowych co będzie skutkowało podniesieniem poziomu bezpieczeństwa minimalizlizacji prawdopodobieństwa powstania szkód w infrastrukturze ograniczenie przestojów kopalń. Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na problemy rynku, jest wyrazem zauważalnych kierunków rozwoju stosowanych w sektorze górniczym technologii, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem dążenia do zwiększania efektywności ekonomicznej procesów jak również podnoszenia stopnia bezpieczeństwa pracy.
