Aktywizacja osób młodych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie sztumskim (III)
The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under 30 who are unemployed in Sztum County. The main result of the project will be employment of 240 people registered at the employment office. Under the project, support will be provided to persons under 30 years of age for whom I or II support profile has been established.
As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the participant’s skills, predispositions and professional problems.
On this basis, the office will implement properly selected services and instruments of the labor market:
- job placement,
- career counseling,
- one-off funds for starting a business activity,
- internships,
- furnishing or equipping the workplace,
- intervention works.
