Celem projektu jest wsparcie na rzecz rozwoju przedsiębiorczości skierowane do 16 os. w wieku 18-29 , w tym 10 kobiet i 6 mężczyzn; ,biernych zawodowolub bezrobotnych niezarejestrowanych w urzędzie pracy, zamieszkujących na obszarze powiatu malborskiego (w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego).W projekcie uczestniczyć będzie:co najmniej 15% (tj.min. 3 os) os z niepełnosprawnościami-OzN i/lub osób długotrwale bezrobotnych niezarejestrowanych w PUP i/lub os o niskichkwalifikacjachco najmniej 30% (tj.min. 5 os) os zamieszkujących (w rozumieniu przepisów KC) miasta średnie, w tym w szczególności tracące funkcjespołeczno-gospodarcze.Dla realizacji celu przewidziano zestaw instrumentów adresowanych do grupy docelowej:IDENTYFIKACJA POTRZEB I STOPNIA ODDALENIA OD RYNKU PRACY (4h/os.)DIAGNOZOWANIE MOŻLIWOŚCI DOSKONALENIA ZAW.
