Export development of MANDAM Sp. z o.o. through participation in the Industry Promotion Programme (BPP).
Mandam’s main business activity is the manufacture of agricultural machinery. The aim of the project was to increase the company’s overseas sales by increasing Mandam’s brand recognition, establishing its new business contacts and strengthening the existing ones. As particularly promising markets, those in South Africa, Japan, Mexico and the United States were selected. They have great potential in terms of agricultural production and product complementarity with local requirements. The export strategy consisted of participation in exhibition events and a number of foreign trade missions, including to the USA, Mexico, Japan and South Africa. Two inbound missions for contractors from Japan and South Africa were organised as well. The project was accompanied by promotional materials and gadgets.

- EIMA 2021 in Bologna
Moreover, new business contacts were established in prospective markets during trade missions to the USA, Mexico, Japan and South Africa. The project has helped to strengthen Mandam’s brand awareness and increase sales through already existing business relationships.”
