Day care home for people with disabilities - passive building
Main objective of the project: Improvement of air quality in the Besko municipality – reduction of dust emissions into the atmosphere through the construction of a passive house for use as a Day Care Home for the disabled. Specific objectives: – promotion of modern solutions in construction – promotion of attitudes related to energy saving, – introduction of demonstration and demonstration functions of the facility – possibility to visit, organize informational visits, promotion of energy-saving solutions, – increasing responsibility for the state of the environment and air pollution. The scope of the project includes construction works for the construction of a passive house intended for a Day Care Home for Persons with Disabilities. The scope of work will include: the use of shading devices and cooling systems, linking the heat source with RES, temperature control, monitoring of thermal energy consumption, use of RES for electricity generation of 29.12 kW, energy-efficient lighting, electric vehicle charging point. Project outputs: Number of RES electricity generation units built 1 unit Number of buildings built with passive building standards -1 unit. Additional renewable electricity generation capacity -0.02 MWe. Result indicators: Electricity production from newly constructed RES installations – 26.33 MWhe/year.
