Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka termomodernizacja budynku Zespołu Szkolno-Przedszkolnego w Lipinkach Łużyckich. Projekt obejmuje: ocieplenie ścian zew.; ocieplenie stropodachu; wymiana okien i drzwi zew.; modern. inst. c.w.u.; modern. inst. c.o.; montaż wentylacji mech. z odzyskiem ciepła; przebudowa kotłowni na opalaną biomasą z układem gruntowej pompy ciepła. Roboty remont. i renow. pom. kotłowni pod zabudowę nowej technologii. Automatyka kotłowni i instalacja el.; montaż inst. fotowoltaicznej; system zarządzania energią. Gr. docelowe: Mieszkańcy Gm. Lipinki Łużyckie, Użytkownicy budynku Zespołu Szkolno-Przedszkolnego w Lipinkach Łużyckich, Władze Gm. Lipinki Łużyckie, Instytucje systemu ochrony środowiska Gł. celem projektu jest poprawa efektywności energet. w sektorze budynków użyt. publ. na obszarze Gm. Lipinki Łużyckie poprzez optymalizację gosp. energet. w budynku Zespołu Szkolno-Przedszkolnego w Lipinkach Łużyckich.
