Development of a new design at JATI sp. z o.o.
The subject of the project was the development of a design of new, acrylic fronts, used primarily as kitchen and bathroom furniture. The project was a response to market-driven customer needs and was part of JATI’s development plans, addressing current trends in the industry. In the design process, technical solutions were used that do not impede the use of the product by people with disabilities. Such use is facilitated by rounded edges of the fronts and irregular shapes of furniture tailored to the requirements of customers. Each product is accompanied by clear information with instructions for use in text and pictorial form. The final effect of the project was the purchase of essential manufacturing machines and equipment: a semi-automatic edge bander, an edge bander, a milling machine and an edge milling machine.
