Increasing the potential of the FLEXODRUK company by implementing a design strategy.
The project consisted in the implementation of the objectives resulting from the audit carried out in the stage I and the design strategy developed on its basis. Product innovation was implemented through the use of the pattern design process. It covered the purchase and assembly of new, unused machines and devices that will form a technological system intended to introduce the product innovation described in the application (multi-layer labels with an innovative method of combining layers). Obtaining a high-quality final product required the use of devices equipped with modern technologies in the field of flexography, laser processing, preparation of the print surface and forms. In accordance with the recommendations, the Applicant decided to purchase the following machines that are crucial for the technological process:
- Flexographic machine
- Rewinder
- Laser with software
- Washer
- Imagesetter
- Air conditioning
Thanks to the project, it was possible to create a production base for the manufacturing of an innovative product implemented in this project. The implementation period results from the long waiting time for some machines.
