Celem projektu jest podniesienie aktywności społeczno-zawodowej 20 osób (w tym 12 K i 8 M) z terenu objętego LSR dla LGD Podgrodzie Toruńskie, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społ. poprzez udział w indywidualnej ścieżce reintegracji w okresie od 01.08.2020 do 31.12.2021 r. Proj. skierowany jest do niepracujących osób pow.18 r. ż., zagroż. ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społ. zamieszk. na obszarze objętym LSR. W proj. zaplanow. WSPARCIE OS. ZAGROŻ. UBÓSTWEM LUB WYKLUCZ. SPOŁ. W OPARCIU O ŚCIEŻKĘ REINTEGRACJI, STWORZONĄ INDYWIDUALNIE DLA UP, Z UWZGLĘDN. DIAGNOZY SYTUACJI PROBLEMOWEJ, ZASOBÓW, POTENCJAŁU, PREDYSPOZYCJI,POTRZEB. Oferowane wsparcie jest zindywidualizowane i kompleksowe, odpowiada na potrzeby UP i nie ogranicza możliwości dostępu do poszczeg. rodzajów usług aktywnej integracji. Proj. zakładarealizację działań w ramach aktywizacji społ.-zawod UP. Dla każdego UP będzie opracow. indywidualna ścieżka reintegracji. UP będą mogli skorzystać z różnych form aktywizacji zawod. i społecznej (20 osób zagr. ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społ. objętych IŚR, poradn. prawnym i treninigiem kompetencji życiowych; 16 os. objętych doradztwem zawodowym, szkoleniami i kursami zawod., pośredn. pracy oraz uczestniczących w innow. warsztatach nowocz. autoprezentacji i przedsiębiorczości; 15 osób objętych poradnictwem psycholog., 5 os. objętych 3-mies. stażami zawod.).Docelowe wskaź: L. os. zagr. ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społ. : -objętych wsparciem w progr.(RLKS) – 20; – u których wzrosła aktywność społeczna- 12; – objętych dział. o char. zawod.- 16 i o char. społ.- 20; -poszuk. pracy po opuszczeniu progr. (RLKS)–7; -pracuj. po opusz. progr. (łącznie z prac. na wł. rach.) (RLKS)-4; -które uzyskały kwalif. lub nabyły komp. po opuszczeniu progr.-12; – uczestniczących w opracowaniu IŚR -20; wskaź. efektywności społ. – 34%, wskaź. efektywności zatrud. – 25%, dla OzN – 12%. Projekt będzie realizowany od 1.08.2020 do 31.12.2021. Wartość proj: 203 692,06 zł, dofinans.: 193 507,45 zł.
