Projekt zakłada zakup i montaż 222 szt. instalacji OZE: – 198 szt. inst. fotowolt. o łącznej mocy 0,614 MW na budyn. mieszklanych mieszk. gminy (tryb pracy on grid), – 24 szt. pieców na biomasę (o łącznej mocy 0,505 MW) w budynkach mieszkalnych mieszkańców gminy, z przeznaczeniem do CWU i prod. energii elektrycznej (wyłącznie na cele socjalno – bytowe). P. przewid. również zaprojekt. i wykon. portalu internet., który będzie pełnił funkcje eduk., promoc. oraz oferował usługi on-line. GRUPA DOCELOWA: ok. 800 mieszkańców gminy Garbów (GG). CEL GŁÓWNY: zwiększ. stosow. OZE na terenie GM. Cele szczegół.: C1: Upowszechn. techn. wytwarz. czyst. en. wśród mieszkańców poprzez powszechny montaż OZE na terenie gm.; C2: Reduk. zaniecz. pow. atm. poprzez zmniejsz. em. zw. szkodl. dzięki zwiększ. udziału en. z OZE; C3: Zmniejsz. obciąż. fin. JST wynikający z opłat za en.; C4: Zmniejsz. obciąż. fin. społ. lok. wynik. z opłat za energię dzięki utworz. Indywid. Inst. wyk. OZE. WSKAŹNIKI REZULTATU: Dodatkowa zdolność wytw. en. ze źr. odnaw. -1,12 MW; Szacow. rocz. spad. em. gaz. cieplarn.(CI34) – 381,73 t; Prod. en. elektr. ( )-613,8 MWhe/rok; Prod. en. ciepl. ( )-353,50 MWhe/rok. P. realizuje cel prioryt. 4 i cel główny RPO WL. Jest zgodny z: SRG 2015-2020: cel 4; SRWL 2014-2020 cel 2.5, 3.6 oraz 4.5; RSI WL 2020 – inteligentna specjalizacja regionu, PROZE WL oraz PZP WL- prewencyjność obszaru do rozwoju energetyki odnawialnej. Na podstawie PROGRAMU OCHRONY POWIETRZA DLA STREFY LUBELSKIEJ w G. nie stwierdzono przekroczenie choćby jednego poziomu dopuszczalnego lub docelowego w odniesieniu do substancji podlegających ocenie jakości powietrza. Jednakże działania przewidziane w P. przyczyniają się do realizacji działań naprawczych mających na celu poprawę stanu jakości powietrza poprzez ograniczenie emisji pyłu PM10 oraz działania promocyjne i edukacyjne zakładane w P.
