Celem projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynków zakwaterowania turystycznego i rekreacyjnego, w Górecku Starym i Częstoborowicach, poprzez przeprowadzenie ich kompleksowej, głębokiej termomodernizacji. Projekt obejmuje kompleksowe działania w zakresie poprawy efektywności energet.: BUD. W GÓRECKU STARYM: -Modernizacja c.o. -Ocieplenie dachu -Ocieplenie stropów nadwieszonych -Ocieplenie ścian zewn. -Modernizacja oświetlenia na LED -Wymiana okien -Wymiana drzwi -Montaż instalacji c.w.u. oraz instalacji solarnej na dachu -Montaż indywidualnych ciepłomierzy i zaworów podpion. oraz termostatów. – Montaż systemu zarz. en. (sterowanie oświetleniem) BUD. W CZĘSTOBOROWICACH: -Ocieplenie dachu wraz z remontem dachu -Modernizacja oświetlenia na LED -Wymiana okien na okna PCV -Wymiana drzwi -Modernizacja instalacji c.w.u. oraz montaż instalacji solarnej -Montaż liczników ciepła do pomiarów zużytego ciepła z instalacji -Montaż systemu zarz. en.
