CEL: Rozwój uniwersalnych kompetencji menadżerskich przez min. 889 osób (355 K, 534M) spośród objętych wsparciem988 właścicieli MŚP/ pracowników zatrudnionych na stanowiskach kierowniczych / pracowników przewidzianych do objęcia stanowiska kierowniczego z366 MŚP mających siedzibę na obszarze woj. kujawsko-pomorskiego, podlaskiego, pomorskiego, warmińsko-mazurskiego.
