Improving the connection of the southern part of the Opolskie Voivodeship with the A4 motorway. Expansion of road No. 408 in Ortowice at km 12+193.92 - 14+300
The subject of the investment is the extension of DW 408 on the section from km 12 +193.92 to km 14 +300.00.
Due to the different mode of implementation, the investment is to be carried out in two sections: km 12+193.92 to 13+300 based on the ZRiD decision, the section at km13+300 to 14+300 in the design and build mode.
The scope of the investment includes, among others:
- demolition of the existing road surface,
- construction of a new surface of a class G provincial road with a load capacity of 115 kN/axle on a section of 2.106 km,
- reconstruction of intersections to parameters. moving vehicles,
- construction of a sidewalk and a pedestrian and bicycle route,
- construction of bus bays,
- reconstruction of existing individual and public exits,
- reconstruction of existing road culverts,
- construction of dirt shoulders with a width of approx. 1.25 m,
- reconstruction and/or construction of roadside drainage ditches,
- reconstruction and/or construction of culverts under roads and exits,
- reconstruction and/or protection of colliding technical infrastructure devices, felling of trees and shrubs, arrangement of greenery and construction of traffic safety elements (including point reflective elements, integration plates),
- execution of new vertical and horizontal markings.
Length of the expanded road – 2.106 km.
Project implementation period: 2021-08-02 – 2022-08-25
