Celem projektu jest poprawa sprawności i przybliżenie do aktywności zawod 750 (398M/352K) mieszkańców WŁ w wieku 30 – 65 lat cierpiących z powodu nadwagi/otyłości, poprzez kompleksowe wsparcie dietetyka i psychologa oraz ułatwienie dostępu do aktywności fiz, a także wzrost świadomości na temat nadwagi/otyłości w efekcie akcji edukacyjno-świadomościowej w okresie 01.09.2020 do 31.07.2023. Grupę doc (GD) stanowi 750 (398M/352K) mieszkańców WŁ w wieku aktywności zawod – 30 – 65 lat, w tym osoby 50+: 320 (170M/150K) (pow.40%GD) spełniające warunki wynikające z Progr. Działania proj realizowane zostaną w ramach następ zadań: 1.Akcja eduk-świadomościowa 2.Konsultacje diet 3.Wsparcie dotyczące aktywności fiz 4.Wsparcie psychol dla U 5.Wizyta lekarska na zakończenie udziału w Progr Min 750 (398M/352K)dzięki interwencji EFS zgłosi się na badanie profil.
