UP, opracow. dla UP kompleks., spójnej i zindywidualizow. ścieżki aktywiz. zawod., wzmoc.nabycie kompet. miękkich, podwyższ. lub dostosow. kompet. i kwalifik. zawod. do wymag. rynku pracy oraz nab lub uzupełn. doświad. zawod. i praktyczn. umiejętn. w zakr. wyko. danego zawodu, przez 134 UP 80 K, 54M, co przełoży się na uzysk. i utrzym. zatrud. os. znajd. się w najtrud. syt. na rynku pracy, tj. UP os.bezrob. os. o niskich kwalifik. do ISCED 3 włącznie, os. powyżej 50 r.ż., os., długotr. bezrob., niepełnospr.ON oraz kobiet z ter. pow. obj. PR, tj. gorlickiego, tarnowskiego, m.
