Główne rezultaty: Dostosowanie istniejących miejsc wych.przedszk. do potrzeb 8dzieci (3K/5M)z niepełnospr. w Przedszkolu nr 3 w Augustowie. Rozszerzenie oferty przedszk.o dodatkowe zajęcia wyrów.szanse eduk. dla 35dz.(17K/18M)w zakr.stwierdzonych deficytów, w tym 13 dz.(6K/7M)z niepełnosprawnością. Doskonalenie umiejętności i kwalifikacji 28 nauczycielek, niezbędnych do pracy z 240 dziećmi (110K/130M), w tym z 35dz.(17K/18M)w zakr.stwierdzonych deficytów, w tym 13 dz.(6K/7M)z niepełnosprawnością. Ukształtowanie u 135 dzieci (67K/68M) kompetencji klucz.,właściw.postaw i umiej.niezbędnych na rynku pracy. Główne zadania: Doskonal.umiejętności i kwalifikacji 28 nauczycielek z Przedszkola nr 1, 3 i 4 w Augustowie. Dodatk.zaj.wyrównujące szanse eduk.dzieci w zakresie stwierdz.deficyt w Przedszkolu nr 3. Kształtowanie kompetencji kluczowych w P1, P3 i P4. Dostosowanie miejsc wych.przedszk. do potrzeb dzieci z niepełnospr.w Przedszkolu nr 3 w Augustowie. Kształtowanie właściwych postaw i umiejętności uniwersalnych na rynku pracy w P 1, P3 i P4.
