Celem gł. proj. jest uzyskanie, zdobycie lub poprawa z własnej inicjatywy branżowych kwalifikacji cyfrowych i językowych u min. 442 z 552 os. dorosłych (18 lat i więcej, w tym min. 266 z 332 K). Wsparciem objęte zostaną os.z obsz.woj.śl., które pracują, uczą się lub zam. na obsz. woj. śl. w rozum.przepisów KC, z wyłącz. os. odbyw. karę pozbaw. wolności, z wyjątkiem os. obj. dozorem elektr oraz os. do których skier. jest wsparcie w ram. Dział. 8.2. Uzysk.kwalif.zostanie poprz.procesem walid.i certyf.stwierdz., że wszystkie wymagane efekty uczenia się zost. osiągn. Proj. real. jest na terenie woj. śl. w okr. od 01.05.2021 do 30.04.2023r. Każdy ucz. proj. może wziąć udział w jednej lub kilku formach wsparcia stosownie do profilu zainteresowań oraz poziomu zaawans. ucz., jakimi są: kursy języków obcych, (w tym j. polski dla cudzoziemców i os. powrac. do Polski i ich rodzin), kursy komp.: Grafika komp. PHOTOSHOP, Tworzenie stron www, Tworzenie aplikacji internetowych, szk. DIGCOMP.
