Celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępności usług społecznych dla 43 osób (22K, 21M) z 11 rodzin mieszkających na terenie Miasta i Gminy Ostróda, zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego poprzez objęcie ich w okresie od 01.09.2020 r. do 31.08.2021 r. usługami społecznymi w postaci zadań: indywidualna diagnoza rodziny, zajęcia indywidualne, zajęcia grupowe, praca socjalna. Zadania realizowane w ramach projektu: indywidualna diagnoza rodziny, zajęcia indywidualne, zajęcia grupowe, praca socjalna.
