GŁÓWNYM CELEM PROJ. jest zwiększenie do 30.11.2022 zdolności do podjęcia zatrudnienia lub poprawa sytuacji na rynku pracy 220 [125K/95M] osóbmłodych w wieku 18-29 lat (w tym min.66 [38K/28M] osób o niskich kwalifikacjach i min.22[12K/10M]ON),pracujących/uczących się/zamieszkujących w rozum. KC na terenieWM wSP z czego min.33 [18K/15M]osób zamieszkujących obszar miast średnich/tracących funkcje społ.-gosp., z następujących grup:202 [114K/88M] osóbbez pracy (160 [90K/70M]BZ i 42 [24K/18M] BBniezarejestrowanych w urzędzie pracy (w tym min.12 [7K/5M] długotrwale BB)),które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu tzw. młodzież NEET,w tym także pozostających bez pracy imigrantów,reemigrantów,osóbodchodzących z rolnictwa i ich rodzin oraz18 [11K/7M] osób pracujących, należących do jednej z grup: imigranci,reemigranci,osoby odchodzące z rolnictwa i ich rodzinyz wyłączeniem osób należących do GD określonej dla trybu konkursowego w Poddziałaniu 1.3.1.Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację zadań:Wsparcie młodych osób niepracującychWsparcie młodych osób pracującychGłówne rezultaty:uzyskanie kwalifikacji / kompetencji przez min.66 UP po opuszczeniu proj. osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie min.44% (dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji) i min. 59,5% dla pozostałych osób oraz wskaźnika efektywności zawodowej na poziomie 13%Źródła w cz.
