Głównym zdiag. problemem, na który odp. proj. jest niedost. systemów kszt. i szkolenia zawod. do potrzeb rynku pracy 3 szkół/placówek kształ. zawod. (w skład wchodzi 6 podm. -3 Technika, 3 Szkoły Branżowe I St.), dla których org. prowadz. jestWniosk. Celem projektu “Nowe umiejętności – nowe możliwości” jest poprawa jakości kształ. oraz dopas. syst. kszt. i szkolenia do pot. rynku pracy w trzech nadz. Przez siebie plac. prowadz. kszt. zaw. w okresie 07.2021 do 11.2023 r.Projekt obejmie wsp. 480 ucz. i 36 naucz zawod. Cel zostanie zreal. poprzez real. powiązanych działań: organ. pr. form nauczania – staże dla ucz.(434 os),dostos.kształc. i szk. w zawodach, na które występuje potw. zapot. na rynku – w tym współp w dost. oferty eduk. do potrzeb reg. i lok. rynku pracy, współ. z otocz. społ. – gosp., w tym ucz. wyższymi, organ. zajęć pozal. przyg. ucz. do egz. zaw. (280 ucz.), udział w zaj. prow. przez ucz. wyższe (90 os.), org. 3 konferencji branżowych we współ. z ucz. wyższymi, pracod. (po 1 w każdej ze szkół), organiz. dod. szkoleń/kursów celem większ. szansy ucz. na rynku pracy (270 ucz.), dor. edu- zaw (330 ucz.) oraz treningów uważności w ramach kształ. i rozwij. u ucz. i naucz. komp. klucz. oraz umiej. uniwer. niezb. na rynku pracy (120 ucz, 30 naucz.), tworzenie war. odzwierc. natur. war. pracy właściwe dla naucz. zaw.
