The idea behind the project is to increase the employability of 80 project participants. All of them are unemployed and occupationally passive. The project is intended only for residents of the Lublin Voivodeship aged over 30. It provides them with a programme of comprehensive, individual occupational activation support. The Applicant is pursuing an ambitious objective of ensuring employment for at least 48 project participants.

Forms of support

Project participants receive:

  • assistance in identifying their needs, including individual guidance;
  • group-based occupational counselling:
  • individual employment support;
  • training and internship opportunities.
