CEL:Zwiększ. aktyw. społ.-zaw. 350 UP (210 K, 140 M) z rodzin zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społ. z terenu 5 powiatów woj. maz., tj.: miński, siedlecki, łosicki, otwocki, sokołowski poprzez m.in.:udział w szkol.Zaw., coaching w zakr. budowania kapitału społ., wolontariat, a także udział w warsztatach IT i realiz. staży do 06.2022r. Grupa doc: UP to 350 (210K, 140M) os. z rodz. zagrożonych ubóstwem/wykluczeniem społecznym, w tym 35 osób z niepełnosprawnościami (20K, 15M) zamieszkujących 5 powiatów woj. mazowieckiego (w przyp. os. fiz. uczą się, pracują lub zamieszkują one na obszarze woj. mazowieckiego w rozum. KC) Zadania.: Zad. 1. DIAGNOZA UCZESTNIKÓW PROJEKTU Zad. 2. ROZWÓJ KOMPETENCJI SPOŁECZNYCH W OPARCIU O INTEGRACJĘ ZE ŚRODOWISKIEM LOKALNYM Zad. 3. AKTYWIZACJA ZAWODOWA Zad. 4. AKTYWIZACJA CYFROWA W ASPEKCIE AKTYWIZACJI SPOŁECZNO-ZAWODOWEJ. Wskaźniki: -Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu-224 Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek)-70 Odsetek osób z niepełnosprawnością, które dokonały postępu w aktywizacji społecznej(efektywność społeczna)- 34; Odsetek osób z niepełnosprawnością, które spełniły kryterium efektywność zatrudnieniowej-12; Odsetek pozostałych osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które dokonały postępu w aktywizacji społecznej- 34; Odsetek pozostałych osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które spełniły kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej-25; Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych wsparciem w programie- 350; Liczba osób z niepełnosprawnościami objętych wsparciem w programie- 35
