Projekt ma na celu zmniejszenie zdrowotnych czynników ryzyka związanych z charakterem pracy wykonywanej w “Elektryk” Hurt. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na znaczące zmniejszenie występowania negatywnych następstw zdrowotnych czynników ryzyka takich jak np. bóle poszczególnych odc. i schorzeń kręgosłupa, przewlekłe zapalenie ścięgien, zesp. cieśni nadgarstka, probl. ze wzrokiem. Grupą objętą projektem są wszyscy pracownicy (20 osób). Gł. celem projektu jest wdrożenie działań eliminujących zdr. czyn. ryzyka w miejscu pracy i ergon. rozwiązań na stanowiskach pracy z przeprowadzeniem tematycznych szkoleń dla pracowników. W ramach zadań zakupione zostaną m.in. ergon. krzesła i biurka, szerokokątne monitory, oczysz. powietrza, automat. zwijarka z kabli. Integralną cz. projektu będzie przeprowadzenie szkoleń zwiększających świadomość zdrowotną pracowników oraz ich umiejętności w zakresie radzenia sobie ze stresem.
