P.skierowany jest do grupy 263 uczniów i uczennic ZS1,ZS2,ZS3,ZS5,ZS7 w Rudzie Śl. kształcących się w zaw. technik(t) pojazdów sam.,t.usług fryzj,t.mechanik,t.urządzeń dźwigowych,mechanik poj. sam.,fryzjer, klasy wielozaw.(ZS1),t.ekonomista, t obsługi turyst, t.org.reklamy,t.handlowiec, t.żyw. i usług gastr., t.hotel.,kucharz(ZS2), t.spedytor,t.elektryk,t.informatyk i t.górn. podziemn.(ZS3),t.informatyk,t.geodeta,t.architektury krajobrazu,t.grafiki i poligrafii cyfrowej,t.org. turystyki,t.przemysłu mody,t.ochrony środowiska, t.fotografii i multimediów,(ZSP5),kucharz,sprzedawca,murarz-tynkarz,krawiec,ogrodnik,piekarz,cukiernik,wędliniarz,mechanik samochodowy,ślusarz(ZS7) oraz 31 nauczycieli kształc. zaw.z ww.placówek. Przeds. jest odpowiedzią na diagnozę potrzeb przeprowadzoną w X 2019 w placówkach i zakłada org. doradzt. edu-zaw.,staży uczniow. oraz kursów zaw. dla uczniów.Ponadto nauczyciele uzyskają możliwość podn. swoich kompet. poprzez udział w studiach podypl i lub kurs. doskonal.
