Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost zdolności do zatrudnienia 60 uczniów (5K, 55M) Zespołu Szkół nr 5 im. Jana Pawła II oraz Centrum Kształcenia Zawodowego w Jastrzębiu-Zdroju poprzez realizację kursów podnoszących kwalifikacje 60 uczniów oraz organizację staży uczniowskich dla 18 uczniów (2K, 16M) we współpracy z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym oraz poprzez podniesienie kwalifikacji kadry pedagogicznej (1K, 5M) w okresie 1.09.2020 do 31.08.2021. Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja kursów kwalifikacyjnych przygotowujących do egzaminów certyfikowanych dla uczniów i nauczycieli, zakup wyposażenia pracowni oraz organizacja staży uczniowskich. Czas realizacji projektu: wrzesień 2020 – sierpień 2021 r. Grupą docelową są: nauczyciele i uczniowie ZS nr 5 i CKZ w Jastrzębiu-Zdroju. W wyniku projektu 60 uczniów i uczennic podniesie swoje kwalifikacje, 18 odbędzie staż uczniowski oraz 6 nauczycieli zostanie przygotowanych do wykonywania zawodu nauczyciela przedmiotów zawodowych.
