Celem projektu jest zapewnienie bezpiecznej infrastruktury oraz usług IT niezbędnych do wsparcia realizacji POPC. Projekt zakłada rozbudowę infrastruktury serwerowej, zakup oprogramowania, sprzętu informatycznego, usług informatycznych oraz akcesoriów komputerowych. Rozbudowa infrastruktury serwerowej oraz zakup oprogramowania podyktowane są koniecznością zwiększenia bezpieczeństwa przetwarzanych danych.
