WE HAVE ADVICE FOR WASTE - an educational campaign in the Opolskie Voivodeship.
The project is an innovative approach to education in the field of waste management and consists in carrying out a comprehensive educational and information campaign on a regional (voivodeship) scale.
The campaign will be addressed to a wide and diverse group of recipients, i.e. adults, youth and children.
Reaching the recipients will take place through various forms of communication in a way that engages the appropriate target group, i.e.:
- a competition involving leaders/animators of change (people responsible for coordinating ideas emerging in individual communes),
- training/thematic lessons,
- media spots,
- games and competitions,
- workshops, conferences – and ensuring a cascading effect.
The educational and informational aspects of the campaign will concern in particular the implementation of directional activities, e.g.:
- increasing the share of selectively collected waste in the total mass of municipal waste, segregated in accordance with the requirements,
- promotion of proper waste management, especially in the area of selective collection of municipal waste, including biodegradable waste management,
- education and promotion in the field of the hierarchy of waste management, circular economy and waste prevention, counteracting waste incineration.
The content of educational activities will take into account the information layer (education) and the practical layer (creating and consolidating the right habits). This will be ensured by providing information materials and educational tools (e.g. composters).
