There are huge number of heritage objects in cross-border area of PL and KO which interesting, important and significant for tourism attraction of area, but in bad condition, need to be reconstructed and repaired. Most of these objects are in peripheral territories of cities, and settlements. According to the programme it is needed to promote all cross-border area for tourism, not only most famous destinations, common project activities will be aimed on making new tourism destinations, to make balance with tourist load on the cross-border area, and rise the attractiveness of the regions in general. The main project objective is Improvement the attractiveness of peripheral heritage objects in Gdansk and Kaliningrad region by Strengthening the cross-border cooperation in reconstruction of heritage and use the innovative technologies for their protection and preservation. Main project outputs is Increased Number of improved cultural, historical touristic and natural sites (2 heritage objects (in RU and PL) of local (regional) value, will be reconstructed and included into the tourists list of destinations of cross-border area). Also the project results will be as follows: International Conservation board will be established, exhibitions with assess of disable people will be created; education for reconstruction and architectural works will be provided by I.Kant Univ. with Polish educ. institutions, very close interconnection between IKBFU and Kant residence is education: master-class in Gdansk, students’ practices in reconstrudtion sites; 8 Municipalities in RU and PL will benefit from the project, as they will get 3d passports of heritage objects need for reconstruction situated within these municipalities. Innovative technologies will be implemented for reconstruction methodics, elaborated jointly. Education section of the project is included as important activities for creation high-qualified specialists for heritage protection within cross-border area
