Celem projektu jest uruchomienie bezpłatnej, niskoemisyjnej komunikacji miejskiej w Kętrzynie poprzez wymianę taboru na autobusy elektryczne. Autobusy będą zakupowane w następującej specyfikacji: 1/ czterech autobusów elektrycznych. Autobusy będą zakupywane w następującej specyfikacji: Typ pojazdu: nieskopodłogowy Napęd: elektryczny Pojemność baterii: litowo – jonowe NMC, pojemność ok. 110 kWh, Ładowanie: wtyczką typu plug-in, Długość pojazdu: ok.12500 mm Szerokość pojazdu: ok.2550 mm Wysokość pojazdu: ok.3500 mm Liczba miejsc ogółem: ok. 70 2/ dwóch stacji ładujących typu wolnego 2x60kW (jedna stacja wyposażona będzie w dwa gniazda ładujące). 3/ działania informacyjne promujące transport zbiorowy (m.in. oklejenie autobusów, zakup i montaż tabliczek ze schematami komunikacyjnymi, tabliczek przystankowe z rozkładem jazdy, zakup i dystrybucja ulotek oraz plakatów informujących o uruchomieniu komunikacji, zakup i uruchomienie aplikacji informującej o rozkładzie jazdy, aktualnym położeniu autobusów oraz opóźnieniach w komunikacji wraz z instalacją modułów GPS w autobusach, realizacja spotu reklamowego promującego darmową, niskoemisyjną komunikację miejską). Etapy realizacji proj.: -prace przygotowawcze, -złożenie wniosku o dof., -podpisanie umowy o dofinansowanie, -wyłonienie wykonawcy zg. z Ustawą PZP, promocja proj. -zawarcie umowy, -zakończenie prac i podpisanie prot. końcowego, -rozliczenie projektu. Sposób wdrażania zakresu rzeczowego -podpisanie umowy, -realizacja prac, -odbiór końcowy i podpisanie protokołu. Projekt wpisuje się także w oczekiwane w ramach RPO WiM 2014-2020, oś 4 Efektywność energetyczna, Działanie 4.4 Zrównoważony transport miejski NR I NAZWA PODDZIAŁANIA (jeżeli dotyczy) Poddziałanie 4.4.4 Infrastruktura transportu publicznego (Niskoemisyjny transport miejski) efekty: – Zmniejszenie zużycia energii końcowej w wyniku realizacji projektów GJ/rok
