W ramach projektu planowane jest przeprowadzenie prac badawczych w celu opracowania prototypu narzędzia: środowiska oceniającego systemy obrotu krypto walutami przez model scoringowy. Projekt realizowany od 01.01.2021 r. do 31.12.2022 r., w ramach 3 etapów prac badawczych: Etap 1 Badanie i analiza kwantyfikowalnych metod wykrywania manipulacji na rynku w handlu kryptowalutami (1.01.2021-30.09.2021) Etap 2 Ocena i finalizacja modeli wykrywania oszustw, które można wykorzystać do wsparcia organów regulacyjnych w ocenie wiarygodności giełdy obrotu aktywami cyfrowymi (1.01.2021-30.06.2022) Etap 3 Opracowanie zdigitalizowanego prototypu wspierającego nadzór nad giełdami kryptowalutowymi za pomocą automatycznego modelu scoringowego (1.07.2022-31.12.2022) W ramach prac badawczych ponosz. będą wydatki na: – personel projektu, w tym: Kierownika projektu, Testera badacza, analityka Quant, developera Quant, inżyniera systemów, eksperta ds. regulacji obrotu giełdowego, specjalista ds. systemów obrotu kryptowalutami. – koszty badań (podwykonawstwo), w tym: usługi badawcze w zakresie architektury, usługi badawcze w zakresie opracowania specyficznych algorytmów. – koszty pośrednie. Łączne koszty projektu: 2 566 416,00 PLN, kwalifikowane: 2 479 200,00 PLN, dofinansowanie 1 745 400,00 PLN. Dofinansowanie w projekcie zostało zwiększone. Wyniki projektu zostaną zaprezentowane na co najmniej 3 konferencjach naukowych i technicznych lub zostaną opublikowane w co najmniej 2 czasopismach naukowych lub technicznych.
