(39K,31M)-dorosł., zagroż. ubóstwem lub wyklucz.społ.,w tym os.bezrob.,które w 1-szej kolejności wymag. aktywiz. społ.-będące os.korzyst. ze świadcz.pomocy społ. zg.z ustawą z 12.03.2004r. o pomocy społ.lub kwalifik. się do objęcia wsparciem pomocy tj. spełn.co najm.1 z przesłanek określ.w art.7 ww.ustawy (w tym m.in. os.z niepełnosprawn.w roz.ustawy z 27.08.1997r. o rehabilit. zawod.i społ. oraz zatrudn. Wsparcie indywidualne (doradca zawodowy, coach/trener/ socjoterapeuta), opracowanie indywidualnej ścieżki reintegracji. 2. Warsztaty reintegracji społeczno-zawodowej 3. Poszerzenie wiedzy i umiejętności z zakresu kompetencji kluczowych 4. Szkolenia zawodowe 5. Staże zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy REZULTATY PROJ.: Min. 80% uczestników uzyska kwalifikacje lub kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu, Efektywność zatrudnieniowa min. 70,0% (dla ON- min.12%).
