E-services of the District Road Authority in Hajnówka
No queues, without leaving home and at any time – all you need is a computer and access to the Internet. The District Road Authority in Hajnówka has launched a digital platform with a catalog of services regarding the most frequently handled matters.
As part of the project, in addition to creating a digital platform, the IT system was adapted to its operation, modern computer equipment was purchased and employees were trained.
Through the website you will be able to, among others: submit applications regarding the location of the device, construction of an exit, placing advertisements in the road or matters relating to the condition of roads and demands regarding road tasks.
A special mobile application has also been created, allowing you to handle matters via phones. According to Andrzej Jagura from DESIGNERS, the company that implemented the project, a virtual reflection of the Hajnówka district, similar to Google Street View, was also prepared.
