Przedmiotem projektu jest uruchomienie świadczenia drogą elektroniczną usług publicznych skierowanych dla biznesu A2B i obywateli A2C oraz nowych rozwiązań inf. które będą służyć wdrożeniu standardów funkcjonowania cyfrowego urzędu i osiągnięciu awansu cyfrowego G. Grybów.Projekt ma char. lokalny, realizowany będzie w 1 Gminie Grybów, typy projektu: A.Zaplanowano wdrożenie następujących zadań:1URUCHOMIENIE EUSŁUG DLA MIESZKAŃCÓW IV kw. 20IV kw. 21Oprac. zost. 8 eusług na 4 PD i 7 eusług na 3 PD, wdrożone zostaną 2 systemy teleinformatyczne oraz 1 zostanie zmodernizowany, zostanie zmodernizowana str. WWW dost. do WCAG, opr. zostanie dokumentacja SZBI, uruch. Punkt Potwierdzania Profilu Zaufanego. 2URUCHOMIENIE SYSTEMU INFORMACJI PRZESTRZENNEJ I kw.21II kw. 21W ramach zadania wdrożony zostanie 1 system teleinformatyczny, zdigitalizowane zostaną zasoby, oprac. zost. API. W wyniku tych działań opr. zostaną 2 eusługi na 4 PD.3URUCHOMIENIE USŁUGI EZAMÓWIENIA IV kw.20I kw. 21W tym zad. uruch. zost. 1 system teleinformatyczny i uruchomiona zostanie 1 usługa.4 ZAKUP NIEZBĘDNEGO SPRZĘTU INFORMATYCZNEGO I OPROGRAMOWANIA III kw.20IV kw. 20W zadaniu zakupiony zostanie sprzęt informatyczny oraz WNiP, który warunkują realizację celów projektu i są niezbędne do jego realizacji, tj. zostanie zakupiony serwer 2 szt., macierz, przełącznik sieciowy 2 szt., UTM 1 szt., skaner oraz opr. backup.Wymagania dot. eusług szczegółowo opisane są w Specyfikacji technicznej dostaw i usług.Projekt zapewni neutralność technologiczną i bezpieczeństwa, zast. rozwiązania służące optymalizacji wykorzystania infrastruktury inf. w zak. wynikającym z przeprowadzonej analizy. W ramach proj. zast. będą mieć zasady eliminowania powielających się funkcjonalności. Doposażenie w sprzęt inf. przewidziano wyłącznie jako el. niezbędny do świadczenia eusług.Wym. funkcjonalne, licencjonowanie oraz warunki gwarancyjne opisano w Specyfikacji technicznej dostaw i usług.
