Re-SISE - Regional Sustainable and Innovative Social Entrepreneurship
Regions, cities, and institutions in the two regions are concerned with developing activities that are sustainable and attractive. Based on the partnership Uddannelsesalliancen Guldborgsund with Roskilde University, Professionshøjskolen Absalon, Erhvervsakademi Zealand and VUC Storstrøm, as well as partners in Sweden around Folkuniversitetet in Lund, we will in the Seed Money project seek more similar partners for a larger South Baltic project around Sustainable economic activities. Seed Money will help with analysis, relationship building and method development in relation to a subsequent project, which will create regional and interregional capacity around Social Entrepreneurship in relation to establishing The younger generations are very concerned with seeing their future in a holistic perspective, where work, family and leisure are not completely separate, but are held together by a pervasive idea of sustainability and meaningfulness. In the two regions are registered ?? students in adult and higher education, and it offers great potential for the development of sustainable economic activities. On the one hand, students during and after their studies can be entrepreneurs, and on the other hand, students can support the development of economic activities outside the schools. There are probably good opportunities to develop new sustainable economic activities with relations to several cities, regions, and schools in the South Baltic. It could obviously be in tourism, where local forces via Social Entrepreneurship work to create sustainable nature experiences and companies that work with local food. Another area with very great potential is E-sports, where you can add a societal perspective via Social Entrepreneurship by focusing on themes such as climate and environment and at the same time creating real economic activities.
