Głównym celem projektu jest wsparcie funkcjonowania NFOŚiGW w zakresie zapewnienia niezbędnych zasobów ludzkich do sprawnej realizacji zadań w ramach 10 Osi priorytetowej. Projekt jest zgodny z zapisami Szczegółowego opisu osi priorytetowych Programu Operacyjnego Infrastruktura i Środowisko 2014-2020 oraz Programem Operacyjnym Infrastruktura i Środowisko 2014-2020.
