Przedmiotem projektu jest poprawa bezpieczeństwa niechronionych uczestników ruchu drogowego na terenie Gminy Miejskiej Nowa Ruda, poprzez doposażenie przejść dla pieszych w urządzenia podnoszące bezpieczeństwo i doposażenie szkół w narzędzia edukacyjne.
